Garden Social Salutes 9/11 Hero at 1st Annual Beer Festival

Garden Social is saluting their Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity brother, a former FDNY firefighter who was killed on 9/11 at the 1st Annual Beer Festival on May 11th 2-6pm. The Garden Social team, FDNY, FDNY Bagpipers, and the East Meadow Fire Department, are having a plaque dedication to honor Kevin O. Reilly. A portion of proceeds raised at 1st Annual Beer Festival will benefit the FDNY 343 Ride, supporting wounded warriors.

“Kevin was President of Phi Kappa Sigma, he was a true leader and the glue that kept our fraternity together in some difficult times. Coming out of college, Kevin was an entrepreneurial soul who started his first consulting company right out of school. To myself and my partners, Kevin is Garden Social and his spirit will always live on here,” said David Boller, co-owner of Garden Social.

Forty dollars gets you a commemorative 5oz tasting glass and unlimited tastings from 3-6pm at the 1st Annual Beer Festival.
