Blue Lemonade Cocktail
Curaçao is a liqueur made with the dried peel of the Laraha citrus fruit, grown on the island of Curaçao. If you can’t travel to Curaçao, enjoy this Blue Lemonade cocktail inspired by my visit to Landhuis Chobolobo Curaçao Liqueur Distillery, but made with some local Long Island ingredients. Cheers!
• LiV Original Potato Vodka
• Blue Curaçao Liqueur
• Doug’s Lemonade
• Ice
• Organic Lemon Slices (garnish)
Instructions
1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 1 shot of LiV Original Potato Vodka and 1/2 a bottle of Doug’s Lemonade.
3. Stir thoroughly using a spoon or straw until well combined.
4. Add 1 shot of Blue Curaçao liqueur over the mixture.
5. Cut a lemon using a sharp knife on a cutting board and perch a lemon slice on the edge of the glass.
6. After one sip you’ll be transported to your own magical blue lagoon!
